The Just Recruitment Group Ltd is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner for a global manufacturer based in Gillingham, Kent.The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives while serving a trusted advisor to management. This position involves leading strategic initiatives in talent management and employee development to build and sustain a high-performance workforce. The Senior HRBP will work closely with leadership to identify, develop and retain top talent.Role will involve:* Act as a trusted advisor, offering expertise on workforce planning, succession planning and organizational development* Monitor and analyse HR metrics to drive data-driven decision making, provide regular reporting* Lead HR projects, take ownership of HR specific projects.* Develop and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction across the site* Lead retention strategies by identifying key drivers of employee turnover and recommendation actions to mitigate risk* Resolve complex employee relation issues, ensuring alignment with company values and culture* Support organisational change initiatives* Work with Senior leadership to facilitate organisational redesigns* Provide guidance on compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent* Support annual compensation planning* Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews and providing development feedback.
