We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to act as a strategic partner to management and employees, aligning HR expertise with business objectives to foster a positive and compliant work environment. In this role, you will champion employee relations, ensure adherence to UK employment laws, and drive organizational performance through innovative HR strategies.

As a trusted advisor, you will manage complex employee relations, support leadership development, and implement workforce planning initiatives. Your insights will play a key role in shaping the HR landscape of the organization while enhancing the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures in line with legal standards and best practices.
  • Deliver training to managers on UK employment law and HR practices.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Lead recruitment campaigns and HR projects.
  • Implement and support organizational changes, including restructures.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend interventions.
  • Promote wellbeing initiatives and lead wellbeing campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
  • CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification.
  • Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role, with a strong focus on employee relations.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday HRIS).
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR practices with business goals.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
