999 Clinical Advisor - November start date!

  • Location: Crawley or Medway
  • Hours: 20 hours minimum per week.

Join our team as a 999 Clinical Advisor and play a crucial role in handling patient calls, providing critical advice and support to patients in emergency/non-emergency situations. This Clinical Advisor position is essential for ensuring timely and effective medical intervention based out of sites in both Crawley and Medway.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assess and prioritise emergency calls to provide appropriate clinical advice.
  • Coordinate with emergency services to ensure swift response and patient care.
  • Utilise clinical knowledge to guide patients and provide reassurance during emergencies.

Qualifications:

Qualified Registered General Nurse or Paramedic with experience in one or more of the following areas is essential:

  • Accident and Emergency (A&E)
  • Community Nursing

Required Skills:

  • Candidates must be able to handle high-pressure situations and make critical decisions quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills are required to effectively guide and reassure patients during emergencies.
  • Can work days and nights ideally

Training:

  • Full Paccs training is given to you upon starting the role.
