You will lead with energy to support the changing needs of the business through adapting and embedding agreed processes, controls and continuous improvement.

Our client is a Global Hospitality Business based in Glasgow. This will be a Hybrid role with occasional travel UK Wide.
Description
The successful candidate will likely have the following responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial operations across the region
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Implement financial strategies to support business growth
- Collaborate with senior management on budget planning and forecasting
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure optimal performance
- Building relationships through business partnering activities.
- Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems
- Liaise with auditors, tax professionals, and other stakeholders

- Proven exp in a similar role within the Hospitality industry
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office

Job Offer
This role will offer a competitive salary between 55,000-60,000 plus excellent benefits.
