Part Qualified Assistant Accountant

Your new company

Based in the North of Glasgow, our client is recruiting a Part Qualified Assistant Accountant to join their busy Finance team on a permanent basis. The contract is Monday - Friday 8am - 5.00pm. The role will be undertaken on a hybrid basis, with public transport links and onsite parking available.

Your new role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of varied and fast paced workload. Your duties will include; assist with monthly management accounts, assist with year end reporting, checking invoices prior to posting, bank reconciliations, cash allocation, monthly supplier statements and general associated Finance administration. What you'll need to succeedYou will have proven successful experience of the above duties. You will be working towards a professional qualification and be able to work well both independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written as you will communicate with clients on a daily basis.
