IAM SPECIALIST - INITIAL 5 MONTHS - INSIDE IR35
One of Loriens leading Glasgow based Public Sector Clients is looking for a highly experienced IAM Specialist to join their team on an initial 5 month contract.
Ideally looking for candidates to be able to be on site in Glasgow or Dundee 2x per week.
We are looking for an experienced IAM Specialist.. This role presents an opportunity to lead on an improvement programme centred around Identity and Access Management.The OpportunityYou will play a leading role in scoping, defining, and delivering a programme of work related to improving technical, process, and systems components of effective identity and access management. Your focus will be on understanding current capabilities, identifying improvements, establishing a series of projects to deliver improvements, and defining our overall strategic approach in conjunction with key stakeholders and senior leadership.
The skills we are looking for are:
- Relevant practical experience of technical project management and delivery of security solutions. In particular, the scoping and delivery of controls and technologies related to identity and access management domains.
- Background in discovery activities and strategic direction-setting including requirements capture, stakeholder consultation, management of internal and external ICT delivery partners and management of multi-disciplinary IT teams to deliver effective digital and/or security solutions is essential for this role. Experience in working closely with business and procurement colleagues and using various project management methodologies, such as Agile is essential.
- Previous experience working in the public sector, and with identity and access management solutions or other security-related domains would be advantageous.
