We are seeking an Assistant General Manager who is passionate about the hospitality industry and excels in a dynamic, service-driven atmosphere.



Day-to-day of the role:

  • Operational Support: Assist the General Manager in overseeing the bar's operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional service standards.
  • Team Leadership: Help manage and train the staff team, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet the high expectations of our clientele.
  • Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers to gather feedback, resolve any issues, and ensure a memorable experience.
  • Sales and Promotion: Assist in developing strategies to drive sales and promote the bar's unique offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
