Facilities Technician

Facilities Technician, Lanarkshire Area, Salary from £25,000 to £28,000 per annum + OTE £34K + Excellent Pension + Development & Training Opportunities!

We are looking for a Facilities Technician to join a leading FM company, working on various commercial sites in the Lanarkshire area! The Facilities Technician will be responsible for handling all building and site maintenance.

Daily Duties Include:

• Performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and general building maintenance.
• Handling minor plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks and blockages.
• Carrying out fabric maintenance, such as painting and joinery work.
• Conducting water hygiene tasks, including monitoring water temperatures, servicing TMVs, and flushing outlets weekly.
• Providing excellent customer service on-site, interacting with clients and the public.
