Repairs/Maintenance CoordinatorSalary: £25,000 (Open to Negotiation)Location: Glasgow - West End

I currently have an opening for a Repairs/Maintenance Coordinator with an established letting agents in the West End of Glasgow.

You will play a pivotal role in managing the upkeep and safety certification of their portfolio of rental properties. From initial report to final completion, you'll oversee all maintenance tasks, ensuring seamless operations within our maintenance and compliance departments.

This role is based fully in office Mon - Fri 8:30 - 5:00

Key Responsibilities:

* Efficiently log repair requests received via phone and email into the system* Keep Property Managers, landlords, and tenants informed throughout the repair process* Coordinate reported repairs by troubleshooting with tenants, scheduling and supervising jobs, and ensuring contractors fulfil their responsibilities promptly.* Stay on top of outstanding invoices* Provide valuable support to Property Managers and Viewing Agents* Facilitate communication between landlords, contractors, and other stakeholders in handling insurance claims and ensuring compliance with HMO regulations.* Maintain safety compliance by overseeing safety checks and certifications, ensuring timely renewals* Perform daily administrative tasks diligently, ensuring all communications are accurately logged and relevant correspondence is saved within the systemThe successful candidate will possess:* Excellent telephone manner* Strong organisational and administrative skills* Focused on accurate and timely completion of tasks* Strong Team player with excellent behaviours and values* Strong IT skills* Managing and prioritising a busy work load* Build rapport wherever possible* Attention to detail* Proactive approach
