Service Co-Ordinator – Cambuslang

Salary - £24900 plus bonus

As a Service Co-Ordinator you will provide full and varied support by responding to customer support calls and liaising with your team of regionally based technicians to complete onsite service works. In addition you will support sales order processing and customer reporting activities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.

Key Responsibilities include..

• Logging new service calls/customer liaison via SAP Service Module.

• Daily planning of your allocated service technicians to meet customer requirements.

• Housekeeping of SAP database, sites, equipment etc.

• Updating our customers on their open/ongoing repairs or orders.

• Liaising with other internal departments where required.

• General administrative duties as required to support the operation of the Service department.

The successful candidate must have:

• Previous experience of working in a varied administrative role in a busy environment.

• Previous scheduling experience is desirable but not essential.

• A good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

• Professional and courteous telephone manner with ability to build strong relationships.

• Good communication and teamworking skills are essential.

• The ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.

• Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided
