Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (40 hours per week)
Are you a proactive and experienced Credit Controller looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business in Glasgow. This is a fantastic temporary role where you'll play a key part in managing credit control and supporting the team's success.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing and adhering to Credit Control procedures to meet team targets
* Resolving queries swiftly and professionally
* Building strong relationships with customers through clear communication
* Maintaining accurate records and correspondence
* Leading and motivating a small team of Credit Controllers
* Managing legal processes, including LBAs, writ proceedings, and high-value debts
* Processing payments, reminders, and daily cash postings
* Reconciling client remittances and managing the legal tab on Debtor Tracker
* Following up on missed or short payments
What We're Looking For:
* Strong communication skills and a confident approach
* Experience in credit control or collections
* Proficiency in finance systems and Microsoft Excel
