Contract:
Permanent, 79 hours per fortnight
Shifts: Mon-Fri, 8am-8pm | Sat, 9am-4pm (on rotation)
Salary:
25,080/year + performance bonus | Increases to 26,500 after 2 years
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Holidays:
30 days incl. bank holidays (increases with service)
Hybrid Working:
Available post-probation based on performance
The Role:
Join our growing Operations team to support customers with their financial challenges.
You'll handle inbound/outbound calls
help resolve outstanding debts
ensure a high standard of customer care in a regulated environment.
What We're Looking For:
Strong customer service skills (phone or face-to-face)
Empathy and confidence in difficult conversations
Excellent verbal and written communication
Motivated, target-driven attitude
