As a Business Services Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in managing and mentoring junior staff, overseeing client relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of compliance and advisory services. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance and advisory services are delivered to a high standard.
- Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior staff members.
- Assist with the preparation and review of management and statutory accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering proactive business advice.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify growth opportunities and enhance client services.
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and organised, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
