I am delighted delighted to bring to market a fantastic Interim Finance Manager opportunity for a well known brand in Glasgow. The business is in the infancy of a large scale financial transformation project and we are looking for an experience Finance Manager to drive change across process, people and technology within the finance function. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive change and make a true impact on the organisation.

Finance Manager - 6 month contract initially

Hybrid working - based in Glasgow

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage key financial processes during a period of transformation.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations, systems, and processes.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial systems and processes support organizational goals.
  • Manage a small team, providing guidance, coaching, and ensuring high standards of financial reporting and compliance.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with proven experience in finance management.
  • Strong background in leading change and transformation projects within finance functions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing teams and leading through change is highly desirable.

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
