Our client is seeking a Finance Regulatory Specialist to join their growing Liquidity Reporting team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and positive work environment, where your contribution will be highly valued. You will have the chance to provide leadership and direction to the department's program of changes and enhancements in liquidity reporting for the Firm. The main stakeholders you will be working with include Corporate Treasury, who manage the Liquidity and Funding needs of the business and sign off the reporting.

What you'll do:

As a Finance Regulatory Specialist, your role will be pivotal in driving changes and enhancements in liquidity reporting for the Firm. You will take charge of managing individual workloads while providing professional support and fostering career development. Your understanding of the drivers and impact of change on liquidity reporting data will enable you to challenge upstream change owners effectively. You will also develop strong working relationships with various stakeholders across different departments and regions. Your participation in improvement efforts, including department level work streams and IT automation initiatives, will be crucial. Ensuring that liquidity reporting adheres to the defined control framework will be a key part of your role.

* Provide leadership, organisation and direction to the department's program of changes and enhancements in liquidity reporting for the Firm..* Understand drivers and impact of change on liquidity reporting data, challenge upstream change owners on behalf of department and provide insight to key stakeholders as well as regulators.* Develop collaborative working relationships with a range of stakeholders including Corporate Treasury and Technology, across different departments and regions.* Participate in improvement efforts including department level work streams and IT automation initiatives.* Ensure liquidity reporting adheres to the defined control framework and is consistent with other reporting produced across the wider team.
