At our friendly hub in Springburn, Glasgow, we provide care and support for children and young people with a wide range of disabilities and additional support needs. It's a place where children and young people enjoy time away from home, where they can have independence, make friends, learn and grow. Short Breaks, our residential service, enables children & young people to enjoy time away from home, taking part in a range of activities, making friends and developing their independence. Through a popcorn & movie night with a familiar film, playing a favourite game in the garden, or by providing the right sensory environment, our team works in partnership with families to create a home away from home experience, based on the needs of the young person.

GO2, our bespoke day opportunities service, works in partnership with young people and their families to achieve outcomes which promote ordinary lives, building on their interests, skills and ambitions. On a one-to-one basis, we support young people to gain independent living skills and social skills, utilising our hub and surrounding community, as well as the young person’s local community and wider world, however they may define it. Encouraging creative solutions, this will range from opportunities to build friendships with other young people, develop a familiarity with their own community by accessing community groups, use public transport, or plan and go on holiday.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator. In this key support role, you will be essential to the smooth running of the operation handling administrative tasks that support the delivery of high-quality care to the children we support.

Your responsibilities will be varied and include overseeing daily administrative functions, managing inquiries and correspondence with families and external parties, and handling billing and invoicing processes. You will also monitor and reconcile financial accounts, assist in budget preparation and financial reporting, and act as a key point of contact for financial matters.

We are looking for someone with prior experience in an administrative role, ideally within a similar environment. Strong organisational and multitasking skills are required, along with the ability to communicate effectively with our team, service user's families and other stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and experience with basic finance administration and financial systems would be advantageous.
