Recruitment Resourcer - Industrial DivisionGlasgowSalary: £26,000 - £28,000 + BonusAre you incredibly organised, love speaking to people and thrive in a busy and target focused environment?We have an opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to work alongside one of our top performing teams based in Glasgow. You will be their right-hand person, supporting them to provide our clients with an exceptional recruitment service. Providing recruitment solutions to clients across the central belt, you would focus on temporary roles within warehousing, production and manufacturing to name just a few!This is a great opportunity for an experienced Resourcer looking for a new challenge, a Recruitment Consultant looking to move away from business development or even somebody looking to take that first step into recruitment.Responsibilities include:

  • Interviewing and referencing candidates
  • Matching candidates to jobs
  • Chasing timesheets
  • Speaking to candidates and clients on the telephone every day
  • Ensuring accurate database records are maintained
  • Providing a first class customer service to our candidates and clients
  • General administration duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning etc
  • Being on client site for candidate inductions

Skills required:

  • The ability to multi-task, organised and efficient
  • Accurate with good attention to detail
  • Motivated, hardworking and high energy
  • Dedicated with a positive attitude
  • Persistent and tenacious
  • Professional and career minded
  • Confident with an excellent telephone manner
  • A charming personality with the ability to nurture relationships
  • Experience in an office based customer service or sales role
  • Must have valid UK driving licence and vehicle (this is essential for client meeting and inductions)
