HR Advisor/Administrator

Location: Glasgow - office based

Salary: £30k - £35k+ depending on experience

Hours of work: Mon to Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm

Experience: Human Resources background

6 Month contract with possibility to become a permanent opportunity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
  • Advising on recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Ensuring that the company follows regulations
  • Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Providing guidance on company policies, ensuring consistency in applications
  • Supporting managers in handling performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and improvement plans
  • Advising on how to set clear performance expectations and providing feedback
  • Assisting in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs
  • Providing guidance on salary structures and benefits packages
  • Answering employee inquiries regarding payroll or benefits
  • Maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection laws
  • Assisting with on boarding new employees
  • Managing time-off requests, sickness records, and leave management
