- Assisting with sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
- Helping the team utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, our candidate CRM tool, and external partnerships/job boards.
- Handling logistics for recruitment activities across multiple geographic locations, predominantly in the UK, Ireland, Italy, and occasionally other parts of Europe.
- Assisting with efforts to attract and engage a wide range of high-quality candidates.
- Working closely with recruiters to build strategic pipelines for high-volume manufacturing roles.
- Supporting the process for internal candidates looking to move roles within the business, ensuring they receive a seamless and positive experience.Skills:
