With a plethora of well-known and recognizable alcohol brands to their name, this client are a leader in the global FMCG space.Job Description:As part of the High Volume Supply Talent Engagement team, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruiters by providing essential administrative assistance. Your contribution will help our team manage their workload more effectively, ensuring we continue to attract, assess, and select the best external and internal talent to meet  performance goals.In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting the team with various administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Assisting with sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
  • Helping the team utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, our candidate CRM tool, and external partnerships/job boards.
  • Handling logistics for recruitment activities across multiple geographic locations, predominantly in the UK, Ireland, Italy, and occasionally other parts of Europe.
  • Assisting with efforts to attract and engage a wide range of high-quality candidates.
  • Working closely with recruiters to build strategic pipelines for high-volume manufacturing roles.
  • Supporting the process for internal candidates looking to move roles within the business, ensuring they receive a seamless and positive experience.Skills:
