Salary: £19.20 p/hr PAYE

Key Responsibilities:
- Writing up new contracts: Drafting and finalizing employment contracts for new hires and existing employees.
- Providing advice to junior and senior staff: Offering guidance and support on HR-related matters to employees at all levels.
- Handling employee cases: Managing employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances.
- Supporting talent development: Implementing and overseeing programs that promote employee growth and development.
- Ensuring compliance with best practices: Ensuring that all HR activities comply with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- This role will include ER Cases to be picked up quickly

- The candidate will need to hit the ground running and be able to pick things up quickly due to a vacancy in the team.
- There is potential for a permanent role to be opened up.
- The candidate could be eligible for the permanent role if desired.
- Experience working with a shared service team
- Previous experience using workday would be advantageous
