Key Responsibilities:

  • Writing up new contracts: Drafting and finalizing employment contracts for new hires and existing employees.
  • Providing advice to junior and senior staff: Offering guidance and support on HR-related matters to employees at all levels.
  • Handling employee cases: Managing employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances.
  • Supporting talent development: Implementing and overseeing programs that promote employee growth and development.
  • Ensuring compliance with best practices: Ensuring that all HR activities comply with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • This role will include ER Cases to be picked up quickly

What do you need?

  • The candidate will need to hit the ground running and be able to pick things up quickly due to a vacancy in the team.
  • There is potential for a permanent role to be opened up.
  • The candidate could be eligible for the permanent role if desired.
  • Experience working with a shared service team
  • Previous experience using workday would be advantageous
