Connect Appointments have a unique opportunity for a Senior Land Manager to join our prestigious client! Managing projects between England and Scotland, the successful candidate will work remotely, apart from at least two days a week spent in the Glasgow office.

Salary: Up to 80,000 per annum

As a Senior Land Manager, you will act as a mentor and leader to your team, which includes a Land Manager and Assistant Land Manager. You will also be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the development of significant renewable energy projects, including wind and solar
  • Liaising with key stakeholders (including potential landowners), negotiating and leading the process of land agreement registration
  • Managing a team of land agents and working collaboratively with other departments
  • Working autonomously and driving innovation within the role

The successful Senior Land Manager will be highly self-motivated and be able to effectively manage relationships with multiple stakeholders simultaneously. You will also have:

  • Qualifications in Land/Legal/Planning
  • At least 5 years' experience within the renewable energy industry
  • RICS qualification
  • Previous experience of project, people and budget management in a renewable energy context
