This is an exciting opportunity for an Office Coordinator to join a successful engineering company to work out of their office in Glasgow.

The dates are 23rd January - 24th February (4 Weeks Roughly) Please only apply if you are available for the whole duration of the assignment.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist with Project Folder set-up and access in EFM
  • Answer and divert mainline calls
  • Support with Admin inbox emails
  • Ensure invoices are signed and passed on to AP
  • Travel booking assistance
  • Adhoc purchasing of Office supplies
  • Waste management
  • Replenish weekly snacks
  • Support IT with on-hands issues as needed
  • Maintain noticeboard with relevant items as needed
  • Communicate with building management/landlord regarding any issues arising
  • Monitoring and downloading the Daily Register
  • Ensuring milk is collected and in Fridge
