Key Responsibilities:As the Risk & Compliance Administrator, you will:
Manage processes related to tracker and theft recovery systems proactivelySupport the recovery of lost or stolen equipment, liaising with suppliers and authoritiesAdminister internal reporting of thefts and workplace incidentsProcess and monitor claims and insurance documentationMaintain the Motor Insurance Database with precisionProduce and coordinate Management Information (MI) reportsDistribute safety and compliance documentation across the depot networkMaintain various spreadsheets and systems accuratelyEnsure prompt completion of paperwork and reportsAddress depot queries and maintain equipment registersUndertake additional administrative tasks as required
What We're Looking For:Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent administration skills with meticulous attention to detailProficient IT skills, particularly in Excel and WordA professional demeanour and positive attitudeStrong verbal and written communication skills across all organisational levelsAbility to adapt and respond to changes in a dynamic environment
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Experience in a safety or compliance-focused roleFamiliarity with risk management systemsPrevious administrative experience in a similar industry
Technologies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)Experience with database management and reporting tools
