Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a new challenge in Fife? A Property Sector market leader in Scotland is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join their team and manage a portfolio of residential properties.
We are looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills, and a passion for the Property Sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively managing properties, handling tenant relations, and ensuring the smooth operation of rental properties.

Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Conducting property inspections and maintenance checks
- Handling tenant inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance work with contractors
- Ensuring compliance with rental agreements and property regulations
- Managing rental payments and financial records
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and property owners
Requirements:
- A real passion for the Property Sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in property management software
- Knowledge of property laws and regulations in Scotland (desirable)
- Previous experience in property management, preferably in residential properties (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance and leasing agreements (desirable)
