Lettings Coordinator - School Hours!

Our client who is an industry leading estate agency have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Lettings Administrator/Coordinator to join their team in their busy office based in Gloucester.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to take on a busy and rewarding role. The successful candidate will be organised, demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to work on their own and as art of a team with a positive approach. As a team player it is essential to support the lettings team daily providing high levels of efficiency and accurate administration for each and every Let.

Previous experience within a property environment is non-essential so long as you are a well organised, reliable individual with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities to include but are not limited to:

- General administration.

- Processing move-in documents.

- Keeping clients updated and well informed.

- Booking appointments on to the internal diary system.

-Good organisational skills

-Ability to work with all types of people

-Organised, reliable, and proactive

-Use own initiative to problem solve

Hours: 25 - 30 hours per week,Monday - Friday, flexible working hours to suit a school run e.g. 9am - 2pm / 10am - 3pm. Full time hours also available if desired!

Salary: £23,000 pro rata - negotiable for the right individual
