Evolve are recruiting for a leading Pharmaceutical organisation who are seeking a Key Account Manager specialising in Women’s Health. This role involves selling products, gaining market access for new products, and ensuring the delivery of sales and market access outcomes at a territory level. This is a full-time position covering the South West and Hampshire territory.

Ideal Requirements for a Key Account Manager

  • A proven track record working in the area as a KAM working at primary and secondary care levels.
  • ABPI qualified.
  • A strong commitment to making a meaningful impact in women’s healthcare.
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to take initiative and responsibility.

Role Responsibilities for a Key Account Manager

  • Facilitate the development of formularies, positive polices and guidelines.
  • Building and maintaining a relevant and deep understanding of the women’s healthcare environment.
  • Managing budgets and utilizing relevant company resources to develop business.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets for the product portfolio on designated territory through robust and effective account plans.
