They have grown tremendously over the past 2 years and are now looking for a Brand and Content Manager to join their expanding company. You will be the creative force behind their brand identity and content strategy. This role is crucial in leading the development and execution of compelling content across various platforms to engage the community and drive brand awareness.
You will ensure consistent messaging that resonates with their target audience and positions them as a leader in the consumer e-commerce retail sector.
Day-to-day of the role:- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the brand vision and business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for the website, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure we remain at the forefront of the market.
- Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and tone.
- Proven experience in brand management and content creation, ideally in the consumer goods industry but not a prerequisite
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of brand development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
