About the RoleWe’re seeking an Ecommerce Manager to oversee both front-end and back-end eCommerce operations, ensuring seamless online shopping experiences and driving growth. Reporting into the Senior Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the digital future of a business on an exciting trajectory, with significant expansion plans for 2025.

What You’ll Do
Front-End Responsibilities• Own the website’s look, feel, and functionality to deliver engaging and effective online experiences.• Lead product launches, visual merchandising, and category management to optimize sales performance.• Partner with content, marketing, and design teams to execute online campaigns.• Analyze trade performance using tools like Shopify and Hotjar, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and user experience.
Back-End Responsibilities• Oversee the integration and optimization of eCommerce systems and processes, ensuring smooth operations.• Work closely with IT and development teams to troubleshoot and enhance the technical performance of the website.• Manage site updates, system integrations, and third-party platforms to align with business goals.• Ensure data integrity across inventory, order processing, and customer information systems.
Team Management and Collaboration• Lead and mentor a small team of eCommerce professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.• Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including marketing, wholesale, and production, to align eCommerce strategies with overall business objectives.• Be proactive and reactive to external factors, such as trends, news, and customer behaviour.
About You• Proven experience in eCommerce management, with both front-end and back-end responsibilities (Shopify experience preferred).• Strong creative vision combined with an analytical approach to decision-making.• Proficient in using eCommerce tools and platforms to monitor and improve performance.• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.• Experience in international eCommerce is a bonus.
