They are looking for someone who thrives in customer service!Key Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to a broad range of customer queries through multiple communication channels, offering timely and professional solutions.
- Keeping customers informed at regular intervals when follow-ups are necessary or when arranging service engineer appointments.
- Performing basic triaging of customer connectivity issues to determine the appropriate next steps, such as escalating to technical support or scheduling service engineer visits.
- Assisting potential customers in understanding products and packages, promoting the brand effectively.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the right resources are engaged to meet customer needs.
- Suggesting relevant up-sell/cross-sell products that could enhance the customer experience.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong communicator with a passion for engaging with customers and leaving a lasting impression.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills across various media and devices.
