Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 2+ years in customer experience, customer success, or internal communications; experience with a B Corp or purpose-driven organization is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Values-Driven: A genuine understanding of sustainability and social impact, and how these principles integrate into customer engagement.
  • Tech Proficiency: Skilled in CX tools (e.g., CRM platforms, analytics software) and internal communications platforms (e.g., Slack, intranets).
