We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our team in Gloucester starting in April 2025. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the UK and a passion for supporting individual student needs.Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to a specific student, ensuring their educational and emotional needs are met.
- Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).
- Support classroom activities and help maintain a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to monitor student progress.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere for the student.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant in the UK.
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and special educational needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to the individual needs of the student.
- Commitment to student development and well-being.
