Academics Ltd is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Classroom Assistant to support a dynamic primary school in Gloucester. In this fulfilling role, you will work closely with both students and teachers to promote a positive and engaging learning environment. Your duties will include assisting with lesson preparation, supporting students with their learning, and helping the teacher with classroom management. We're seeking an individual who is patient, approachable, and passionate about helping students thrive.

• Primary Mainstream School
• £80 - £95 per day
• Gloucester
• Full-Time (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
• Term Time Only
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the class teacher to deliver creative and engaging lessons.
• Provide tailored support to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN), on an individual or small group basis.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students are encouraged to excel.
• Assist in maintaining a well-organised and safe classroom environment.
