Academics Ltd is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who wants to contribute to children's education and development. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning experience for all students.

- Full-Time (8:30 am - 3:30 pm)
- Term Time Only
- Enhanced DBS required (or willingness to apply)
Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students.
- Help create an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment.
- Assist with lesson planning, classroom activities, and organisation.
- Promote positive behaviour and support students with additional needs to help them succeed.
What Academics are Looking For:
- A passion for education and working with children.
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant (desirable but not essential).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and supportive approach to learning.
- An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
