This key leadership role will oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, policies, payroll, and learning & development. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to shape the employee experience key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement a People Strategy aligned with business needs
  • Manage recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, employment law, and talent development
  • Lead HR projects and ensure compliance with regulations

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent with a proven track record in HR leadership
