My Client is currently seeking an HR Advisor for an initial 6-month contract based in Gloucester.
The rate of pay is £29.50 per hour inside IR35 via an umbrella company.

The position is hybrid, requiring at least one day a week in the Gloucester office.

The HR Advisor will have the following experience:

This will be leading on a complex restructure ensuring compliance with internal and statutory legal obligations and ensuring employees feel informed and involved in the process. Candidates must have proven recent experience in this field.
They must be confident in using SharePoint and Microsoft packages.
Candidates must have CIPD at Level 5 or above and experience of managing restructure projects within the public sector.
Must have up to date employment law knowledge and be values driven and able to lead a restructure process.
