What You'll Do:

Advise and support leaders and staff on all things HR
Deliver HR strategies across recruitment, performance, ER, and talent development
Guide and coach managers on policies and best practices
Lead on complex employee relations cases and support change initiatives
Champion wellbeing, EDI, and continuous improvement
Help shape and deliver key People projects alongside the Head of People

What You'll Bring:

CIPD qualified/training
Experience partnering with leadership teams
Knowledge of UK employment law
Skilled communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Comfortable managing a varied workload and analysing HR data
Experience with HR systems and project implementation
