Due to the nature of the organisation, you must be SC cleared or eligible to go through an SC Clearance.

What You'll Do:

  • Advise and support leaders and staff on all things HR

  • Deliver HR strategies across recruitment, performance, ER, and talent development

  • Guide and coach managers on policies and best practices

  • Lead on complex employee relations cases and support change initiatives

  • Champion wellbeing, EDI, and continuous improvement

  • Help shape and deliver key People projects alongside the Head of People

What You'll Bring:

  • CIPD qualified/training

  • Experience partnering with leadership teams

  • Knowledge of UK employment law

  • Skilled communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

  • Comfortable managing a varied workload and analysing HR data

  • Experience with HR systems and project implementation
