Juniper Presales Consultant Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and presales guidance on Juniper networking and security solutions.
  • Designing and proposing high-level Juniper network architectures tailored to enterprise and service provider environments.
  • Delivering technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to customers.
  • Engaging with Juniper Networks and strategic partners to ensure best-fit solutions are recommended.
  • Responding to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with detailed Juniper-based technical solutions.
  • Leading Proof of Concept (PoC) evaluations to showcase Juniper’s capabilities to potential clients.
  • Advising customers on network transformation, automation, and security strategies using Juniper solutions.
  • Staying up to date with Juniper’s latest technologies, roadmaps, and industry trends.

Juniper Presales Consultant Key Skills Required:

  • Expertise in Juniper networking technologies (Junos OS, MX, SRX, EX, QFX, PTX series).
  • Strong understanding of network security (SRX firewalls, Juniper ATP, Zero Trust, NAC).
  • Experience with Carrier-Grade NAT (CGNAT) implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Service Integrator experience working with large-scale network deployments.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, EVPN-VXLAN, SD-WAN).
  • Experience with cloud networking and automation (Juniper Apstra, Contrail, Ansible, Terraform).
  • Ability to design and propose end-to-end Juniper solutions for enterprise, cloud, and service provider environments.
  • Proven experience in presales, solution design, and customer engagement.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.

Required Certifications:

  • JNCIE (Juniper Networks Certified Internet Expert) – Required
  • JNCIP (Professional-Level Certification) – Required
