Join a prestigious Gloucestershire-based legal practice with a rich history. We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to be part of our dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a key growth area within our Commercial Property Department.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Handle a broad range of commercial property matters including the buying and selling of commercial property and real estate, leases, Landlord and Tenant work
  • Advise clients on all aspects of commercial property, managing a variety of commercial agreements and technical documents.
  • Participate actively in the firm’s marketing, including article drafting, PR, business development, social media, and networking activities.
  • Maintaining the firms strong client relationships and building and developing such further.
  • Ensuring high standards of legal service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Circa 3 years+ PQE in Commercial Property Law and Real Estate Law.
  • Strong knowledge of Commercial Property Law and Landlord and Tenant law.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to use plain English effectively.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • IT proficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commercial awareness and a client-first approach.
