We are seeking a Family Solicitor or Family Legal Executive to join our extremely well respected Law firm client based in Gloucestershire. Dealing with Private Family Matrimonial Law Matters, Divorce, Financial and Private Children matters.
Day-to-day of the role:- Provide good quality advice to clients.
- Advise on and manage an existing caseload of Private Family Matrimonial Law Matters, Divorce, Financial and Private Children matters.
- Develop and maintain knowledge on issues within Family Law.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the whole team to share knowledge.
- Contribute to future business development initiatives and carry out networking internally and externally.
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
- 3 Year to Mid-level PQE.
- Resolution Member. Although, this is not essential.
- Demonstrable technical ability and drafting skills.
- Ability to work flexibly.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Proactive, ambitious, and organised with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to assist in nurturing and teaching more junior members of the team.
