We are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, Residential Property Legal Executive or Residential Property Fee-earner.

To provide legal services in residential conveyancing matters.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Advise and liaise with clients and referral partners on ongoing conveyancing matters.
  • Manage cases effectively, ensuring all client files are organised and updated regularly.
  • Engage in client relationship management to maintain and enhance service satisfaction.
  • Participate in networking and business development activities to ensure continuous work flow.
  • Attend team meetings as appropriate to ensure alignment with team objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven record of handling a mixed caseload of residential sale and purchase transactions including freehold, leasehold, registered, unregistered, mortgages, transfers of equity, new build, and help to buy.
  • Experience in lease extensions, deeds of variation, shared ownership, equity release, and small development setup is advantageous.
  • Likely to have at least a few years of practical experience or PQE.
  • Exemplary administration skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Outstanding client relationship management skills.
