Tru Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Property Lawyer/Solicitor/Fee Earner to join our client's dynamic and growing property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and self-motivated professional who is eager to contribute to the continued success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, from sales, purchases, and remortgages to leasehold and new builds.
  • Supervise and develop junior staff members, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Liaise with clients, Estate Agents, and Brokers to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Identify and resolve complex legal issues, including dealing with unregistered properties, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.
  • Ensure compliance with SDLT requirements, including relevant reliefs and exemptions.
  • Address and resolve issues related to property restrictions and cautions.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • A minimum of 2 years' PQE managing a complex caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
  • In-depth knowledge of leasehold work, SDLT regulations, unregistered properties, and property restrictions.
  • Proven ability to lead a team, providing coaching, development, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated success in winning new business and building relationships with key partners such as Estate Agents and Brokers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
