I am currently recruiting for an experienced Property Lawyer/Solicitor to join a dynamic and growing team based in Gloucestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and self-motivated individual with strong client relationship skills to contribute directly to the continued success of the business.The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold, and new builds, while also mentoring junior staff members. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing is essential, along with expertise in SDLT, unregistered properties, and restrictions.Key Benefits:
