Location: Gloucestershire
Salary: Up to £68,000 (DoE) + Bonus
Experience needed: We are looking for an experienced professionals with a strong engineering background and extensive experience in supporting a diverse customer base. Experience of leading a team would be beneficial.
About the role:
As an Integrated Logistic Support Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our ability to support next-generation systems for our global customer base. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to enhance programme management capabilities, develop customer-facing skills, and build an international profile within the industry. This position offers exposure to high-profile defence programmes, enabling you to shape support strategies from supply chain planning to final customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic support models for advanced systems
- Analyse and apply predictive logistics models to enhance operational effectiveness
- Engage with stakeholders across the business to influence and negotiate support strategies
- Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Oversee supply chain planning and ensure smooth customer delivery
What we need from you:
- Extensive experience in Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) within a complex engineering or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of predictive logistics and support planning methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritise effectively
