A brand new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Social Media and Administration Assistantto join our client who have a desirable reputation in the new build housing market. You will work from their spacious Head Office in Barnwood, Gloucester on a full time permanent basis.

Your main responsibility will be to assist the Marketing and Digital lead (MDL) and Head of Marketing (HOM) with implementing their marketing and social media campaigns, whilst also supporting the sales team in the achievement of new home sales. Youll be working within an environment where customer service is key! In return for your work you will have the opportunity to input your own ideas and experience making the role your own.

The successful applicant will be someone who can demonstrate a good understanding of the marketing process including digital marketing and social media. You must be a team player with good general office skills behind you and a positive can do attitude.

Responsibilities:

-Liaise with MDL to ensure website and portals are up to date with all content

-Assist with the maintenance of all listings on Rightmove ensuring regular updates to maximise algorithm opportunities

-Work with the MDL to build and distribute HTML digital artwork to relevant channels to ensure campaigns run in unison for each development

-Work with the MDL & HOM in the creation of internal and stakeholder campaigns

-Assist with all social media content creation, scheduling and planning in collaboration with MDL

-Assist with the production of corporate communication leaflets

-Work with MDL to monitor and record sponsorship effectiveness

-Working alongside the sales team to assist with the collation of sales and marketing reports, receiving customer extra requests to obtain quotes

-Any additional ad hoc tasks to assist with the MDL and HOM

Candidate Attributes:

-Hold a degree or have previous working experience social media / marketing

-IT literate with good Microsoft skills

-Knowledge of different social media platforms

-Team player with ability to work alongside different departments

-Positive outlook with a can do attitude

-A strong desire to develop skillset and become a vital member of a team

Hours: Monday Thursday, 8:30am 5:30pm, Friday, 8:30am 5pm
