Your new company

Haysare seeking dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our team, working with variousSecondary schools across Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire. These roles are perfect forindividuals who are passionate about education and have a proven track recordof working with children in an educational setting. We have full-time andpart-time opportunities currently available for work flexiblyoffering daily supply to local schools.

Your new role

  • Supervise classes during the short-term absence ofteachers.
  • Ensure a positive learning environment ismaintained.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure studentsremain on task.
  • Support students with their learning and address anyquestions or concerns.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuityof education.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Previous experience working with children/leadinglarge groups
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Confidence and good communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of safeguarding
  • Previous cover supervisor experience (Desirable)
