What They Offer
- Salary: £50,000-£60,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with a competitive commission package.
- Benefits: Car allowance between £5,000-£6,000 depending on location, laptop, mobile phone, 20 days annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays and birthday leave), and pension enrolment after 3 months.
- Flexibility: After initial training, work remotely with occasional visits to their Gloucester office.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
- Close sales deals with telecommunications network operators.
- Represent them at industry events and conferences to promote their brand and solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
- Develop and present sales forecasts, strategies, and outcomes to senior management.
- Lead tender application processes and deliver compelling sales presentations.
