What They Offer

  • Salary: £50,000-£60,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with a competitive commission package.
  • Benefits: Car allowance between £5,000-£6,000 depending on location, laptop, mobile phone, 20 days annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays and birthday leave), and pension enrolment after 3 months.
  • Flexibility: After initial training, work remotely with occasional visits to their Gloucester office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
