Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver 1:1 and group support to students with a variety of SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties.* Assist teachers in planning and implementing tailored lessons that meet individual student needs.* As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will foster a positive, supportive classroom environment that encourages student confidence, social interaction, and active engagement.* Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers and school SENCo.* Support classroom activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning space.* Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents, offering constructive feedback as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant.* A genuine passion for supporting SEN students and helping them achieve their potential.* Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, adaptable approach to meeting student needs.* Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred but not essential, if already obtained classroom experience.* Flexible working schedule.* An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
