Our client, who is an established organisation within the Financial Services industry, is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their small friendly team in Godalming.

Due to continuous growth this is a brand new role that has been created to support the advisers with various administrative tasks, including preparing meeting packsm creating post annual reviews and ensuring compliance checks are done with the up most precision.

For the successful candidate this role will give you the opportunity to gain hands on experience and acquire the necessary qualifications to progress into a Financial Advisor!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist advisers with administrative tasks, including document preparation, client correspondence, and data management
  • Liaise with clients through secure messaging system, email, or telephone to address their queries
  • Maintain client records in our CRM, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Maintain client file documents in compliance with regulations
  • Work with Advisers and Admin Team to meet deadlines and service level agreements.

Skills/ Experience:

  • Previous experience in a Financial Services administration role or similar
  • Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Industry attained qualifications ( CII level 4 or DipPF or CertFS) (Desired)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A keen interest in financial planning and advisory services
  • Proficient using all MS Packages
