Reporting to Welcome Manager, you’ll be part of a small but dedicated team working at Winkworth Arboretum. Autumn Colour showcases the best of the arboretum and visitors travel from far and wide to visit Winkworth. After a busy autumn, we have an exciting Christmas offer to delight families and visitors of all ages.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be involved in different tasks. This role would suit anyone with a passion for delivering great customer service and a keen interest in learning about visitor operations.

Some of the tasks you’ll support with are: parking cars quickly and efficiently, scanning membership cards and using the till in the kiosk, offering information and directing visitors, toilet checks, operating a carousel during our Christmas offer (to be confirmed) and clearing tables and trays in the Tearoom.
